Discover Healing Through the Power of Your Story

We all carry stories of harm, loss, and resilience. These early narratives—often rooted in our family of origin—shape how we see ourselves, how we relate to others, and how we connect with God.

Left unexplored, these stories can quietly hold us back, keeping us stuck in patterns of relational disconnection.

What is Story Work?

Story Work invites you to engage your past with kindness and curiosity. By naming and tending to your formative stories, you can begin to see how they’ve shaped your identity, relationships, and coping strategies—and, most importantly, how they don’t have to define your future.
